Beginner I & II Wheel-Throwing with Charles

Begins in July on Mondays

4 total classes each 3 hours - total of 12 hours for instruction @ $225.00

Build a strong foundation on the potter’s wheel. Students will learn centering, opening, pulling walls, trimming, and basic glaze application while developing comfort and consistency with clay. This course focuses on core techniques and building confidence on the wheel.
Prerequisite: None for Beginning I. Beginning II continues with new challenges. 

 

Beginning Hand-Building with Joe

Begins in August on Thursdays

from 6p-9p - August 13, 20, 27 September 3

4 total classes each 3 hours - total of 12 hours for instruction @ $225.00

Create a cohesive project using slab, coil, and pinch techniques. Students will focus on proportion, durability, and surface refinement while developing a personal aesthetic, leaving with thoughtfully crafted pieces for everyday use.

from 2:30p-5:30p - AUGUST 1, 8, 15, 22
